jangan panik dulu. Langkah pertama adalah Segera hubungi BNI Call 08154051880 atau 0813-5300-046 WhatsApp BNI resmi dan tangkap layar (screenshot) bukti transfer sebagai dokumentasi. Simpan bukti ini karena akan dibutuhkan saat melapor ke bank.
